The Liquor Distribution Branch is dedicated to the highest quality of customer service, delivered with a sense of friendliness, individual pride, initiative and enthusiasm! If you fit this description and you are prepared to work in a fast-paced, often stressful environment, then apply for a position as a Store Clerk in our retail stores.
This position will initially be on-call ("auxiliary"), which means that hours of work are not guaranteed and will be limited and sporadic (subject to availability); you may or may not work full 35-hour weeks. As you work more hours, you'll gain more seniority, allowing more opportunities for more hours of work.
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualification requirements:
| · | Be at least 19 years of age. |
| · | Be able to provide excellent customer service. |
| · | Be able to understand and communicate effectively in English. |
| · | Be able to demonstrate aptitude for cashier and related duties, including calculations. |
| · | Be able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 20-25 kg boxes. |
| · | Be willing to handle large volumes of non-sterilized empty bottle returns, including operating machinery. |
Applicants with extensive experience in a fast-paced retail or similar environment will be given a priority consideration.
