Concentrated fruit, oak structure and lots of impact on the palate. Serve with roasted meat or grilled steaks or lamb chops.
From the hints of honey and oak to the firm, structured palate and long finish, this wine is perfect to serve with meatier choices like buffalo burgers, standing rib roast or preparation of lamb.
The 2007 vintage was a great one for Okanagan Riesling. The crisp, clean acidity balances the ripe apple and citrus fruit. Drink with sushi, grilled shellfish or Thai cuisine.
A new vintage just in time for spring! Gehringer Classic Ehrenfelser has a peachy fruitiness on nose and palate. There is also a distinct spicy character that makes this extremely refreshing. Sip on its own or pair with spring fare such as chicken, pasta or stir-fry.
This is an excellent choice for the Chardonnay fan. The complexity of oak and barrel fermentation, the fuller textures and apple-peach fruit flavours combined with a freshness and good length, all make this a delicious Chardonnay. Serve as an aperitif, with roast poultry or cream-sauce pasta.
Lots of berries are in this two-varietal wine. It's a fuller-bodied red that is suitable with a wide range of food. Whether something new from the cookbook or the old reliable mixed grill, this is the one to try.
