Very good Sauvignon varietal character, showing lovely grassy and gooseberry notes. In the mouth, the wine has very good balance and weight, with the tangy character of classic Sauvignon Blanc lasting well into the finish. Try with herbed chicken.
This wine is impressive for the money. Citrus notes with light tropical and pear fruit and an underlying mineral hint reveal themselves in the nose, mouth and in the crisp finish. Will work with stronger fish dishes as well as white meat.
Dark cherry and raspberry fruit opens up the palate to a silky entry followed by a ripe, chewy texture that makes it perfect for grilled foods. Delicious!
The addition of white Viognier gives this Shiraz a freshness that makes this Aussie red a delight from nose to finish. A ripe and round mouthful of berry fruit makes this a perfect match for a pork roast.
A delicate floral nose with pear and white peach fruit flavours, it's fresh and crisp in the mouth with a nice tangy, lively finish. A lovely, delicate dry white that's perfect as an aperitif or with simply prepared white fish dishes.
Malbec has become the trademark red varietal of Argentina and this wine shows why. The wine has great depth and ripeness for its price level and shows a burst of fresh fruit with an intriguing herbal note. Pair with rare striploin off the BBQ.
