Don't Drink and Drive

As the school year ends and summer begins, our roads will become busier. During these times, drinking and driving can have serious and sometimes fatal consequences.

In light of the recent changes announced to the impaired driving penalties in British Columbia under the Motor Vehicle Act, BC Liquor Stores is reminding customers to not drink and drive. The message in our stores at the checkouts and throughout the store sends the message: Don't Drink and Drive - you might walk away with more than you bargained for.

For more information about the changes to the impaired driving penalties, visit the website of the Office of Superintendent of Motor Vehicles at www.pssg.gov.bc.ca/osmv/index.htm.
