Named after the street on which the Keefer Bar is located, this elegant cocktail is made with dragonfruit-infused gin. Dragonfruit is a red-skinned fruit found in many Asian grocery and produce stores.
- *To make dragon infused gin, cut off the skin of one whole dragon fruit and add to a bottle of gin or any clear alcohol. Mix together and refrigerate for one day. This gives a fantastic, deep pink natural colour to your clear alcohol.
- **To make lavender syrup, add 1 tbsp (15 ml) lavender to 1 cup (250 ml) of boiled water. If you like a stronger flavour, add more lavender. Steep the lavender, strain and then add equal parts of sugar to lavender water.
- Add the first 3 ingredients to shaker. Shake vigorously and double strain into a champagne flute, topped with Prosecco.
