Giffard Ginger of the Indies

oz (20 ml)
Lemon juice & dash of lemon bitters
1/2
oz (20 ml)
Lime juice

Quarter-sized slices of ginger
3/4
oz (20 ml)
Vanilla syrup
DIRECTIONS
- Muddle fresh ginger and vanilla syrup in a Boston mixing glass
- Add lemon juice, lime juice, alcohol and bitters
- Fill with ice and shake
- Double strain into a martini glass
- Garnish with a vanilla pod
