Poire D’Automne

INGREDIENTS

egg white (from 1 egg)
1 1/2
oz (50 ml)
gin
1
ds
lemon juice
1/2
oz (20 ml)
Lillet Blanc Vermouth
1/2
oz (20 ml)
pear nectar
1/2
oz (20 ml)
walnut syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour all ingredients into a Boston glass.
  2. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe-style martini glass, garnish with dehydrated pear chips.
