ROSEMARY SYRUP

A great ingredient for mixed drinks or cocktails.

INGREDIENTS

rosemary sprigs
1
cup (250 ml)
sugar
1
cup (250 ml)
water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop the rosemary sprigs. Bring water to a boil and remove from heat.
  2. Dissolve sugar into hot water. Add chopped rosemary to hot syrup. Let sit for 15 minutes then strain through a tea strainer into a glass bottle.
  3. Keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.
