oz (20 ml)
fennel syrup

oz (60 ml)
genever gin

oz (20 ml)
lemon juice

oz (0 ml)
white balsamic vinegar
DIRECTIONS
- Muddle berries in a Boston glass, add all other ingredients and ice.
- Shake and strain into a Collins glass over ice, top with soda, garnish with a fennel top and a blackberry.
