Using Chinese Happy wine or Kuei Hua Chen Chiew, this shaken cocktail is beautiful in a rocks glass and garnished with a thick slice of lemon zest.

INGREDIENTS

oz (30 ml)
Beefeater gin
1
oz (30 ml)
Aperol (or Campari)
1
oz (30 ml)
Kuei Hua Chen Chiew (or Chinese Happy wine)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients toa bsoton glass and stir, then strain into an old-fashioned glass on ice. Garnish with a thick slice of lemon zest.
