mayonnaise (for Blue Cheese Dressing)

sour cream (for Blue Cheese Dressing)

whole milk (for Blue Cheese Dressing)

Worcestershire sauce (for Blue Cheese Dressing)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients except blue cheese. Toss to combine. Add crumbled blue cheese and drizzle with Blue Cheese Dressing (recipe follows), to taste. Stir to combine and serve immediately.
  2. For Blue Cheese Dressing: Combine ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup. Whisk until creamy consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings. This dressing is better made ahead of time for the flavour to develop further.
