cracker crumbs

DIRECTIONS
- Combine spinach, onion, parsley, Worcestershire, salt and cayenne in a large bowl.
- Melt butter in saucepan over low heat, remove and add cracker crumbs. Mix and add to seasonings in bowl.
- Spoon over oysters, sprinkle with Parmesan and bread crumbs.
- Bake at 400 F (200 C) for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with lemon.
