DIRECTIONS

  1. In a saucepan, cook cranberries, sugar and 1 cup (250 mL) water on low heat, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in apple, zests and juice and cook for 15 more minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in raisins and nuts.
  4. Cool and serve with slices of baked ham.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (180 c).
  2. Place ham on roasting pan.
  3. Combine bread crumbs and seasonings and sprinkle over ham.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for one hour or until ham is heated through.
