DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan, cook cranberries, sugar and 1 cup (250 mL) water on low heat, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in apple, zests and juice and cook for 15 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in raisins and nuts.
- Cool and serve with slices of baked ham.

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 F (180 c).
- Place ham on roasting pan.
- Combine bread crumbs and seasonings and sprinkle over ham.
- Bake in preheated oven for one hour or until ham is heated through.
