PAPPY VAN WINKLE & BUFFALO TRACE ANTIQUE COLLECTION DRAW FAQ

Q: I am interested in purchasing multiple products and multiple bottles. Can I enter more than one draw?

A: There are 10 different whiskies featured in the collection. We will be conducting 10 separate draws for the opportunity to purchase a bottle of each product. Customers may enter as many draws as they wish for the chance to purchase multiple products. However, they may only enter once per product. There is a limit of 1 bottle per product per person hence BC Liquor Stores will remove duplicate entries in advance of the electronic draw.

Q: How do I enter?

A: Customers are required to scan the QR code displayed in participating BC Liquor Stores to access the online entry form. QR codes can be found on the store signage, wobblers, and booklets. After submitting the form, a unique entry number will be assigned to the customer to keep as reference.

Q: Which stores have the QR codes?

A: There are 48 stores within the Vancouver region, Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island and Okanagan that promote the draw (see list of stores). Please visit any of the 48 stores to access the QR code. It is important to note that once a customer has been successfully drawn and has won the opportunity to purchase a product, there are only 6 designated stores they may pick up the products from.

Q: I am filling out the form, can I check as many products as I want?

A: If you are interested in purchasing multiple products, you may enter in as many draws as you wish. However, you may only submit the form once. You cannot go back and edit or make any changes to your submission.

Q: I have submitted my entry. What do I do now?

A: Take a screenshot or write down your entry number for reference. You will also receive an email from BC Liquor Stores acknowledging that your entry has been received. If you do not receive the email, check your spam/ junk folder. Due to technical issues with certain email providers, some users may not be able to receive our emails. Do not be concerned. As long as an entry number has been generated and you have that number, it means that your entry went through.

Q: What happens if my name is drawn?

A: If your entry has been successfully drawn, BC liquor Stores will notify you via email. We suggest you keep checking your email inbox, spam and junk folders starting February 24th. Successful entrants will need to respond back to this email confirming their intent to purchase the product at the pick-up store indicated in the entry form. Once confirmed, successful entrants will receive a final confirmation email. You will need this final confirmation email when you pick up and pay for your product.

Please note that if you respond outside of the timeframe provided or do not respond, we will move on to the next successful entrant and your opportunity to purchase will become invalid.

Q: I did not receive an email. Should I follow up?

A: If you did not receive an email, it means that you were unsuccessful in the draw. BC Liquor Stores will not be notifying customers who were not successfully drawn.
