MOSCOW MULE

Ingredients

Serves 1
2 oz (60 ml) Ketel One vodka
1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lime
2 tsp (10 ml) simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
ginger beer, to top
mint sprig, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Build ingredients over crushed ice in a copper mule mug. Give the mixture a stir to combine. Garnish with a mint sprig.
