1 egg white
1½ oz (45 ml) Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whiskey
½ oz (15 ml) González Byass Nutty
Solera Medium Oloroso Sherry
¾ oz (22 ml) lemon juice
½ oz (15 ml) Simple Syrup
grated nutmeg, for garnish
- In a cocktail shaker with cubed ice, combine egg white, whiskey, sherry, lemon juice and Simple Syrup. Shake vigorously to emulsify egg white, then fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Sprinkle a little grated nutmeg over surface to garnish.
- To make SIMPLE SYRUP: 1:1 ratio of sugar dissolved in boiling water. Allow to cool before using.
