Peachy Fall Vodka Margarita
With lime wedge, moisten rim of a short glass. Roll moistened rim in Tajín, then fill glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, triple sec, lime juice, agave and peach jam. Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Fine strain into prepared glass. Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and serve.Ingredients

1½ oz (45 ml) West Coast Spirits Vodka
½ oz (15 ml) Henkes Triple Sec
1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
½ oz (15 ml) agave
2 tsp (10 ml) BC peach jam
1 dehydrated lime wheel, for garnish
