Serves 1
1½ oz (45 ml) Spicebox Chocolate Whisky
4 oz (120 ml) hot Earl Grey tea*
milk or cream, to taste
granulated sugar, to taste
1 lemon wheel, for garnish
chocolate, for garnish
Instructions
- In a mug, combine whisky and Earl Grey tea. Stir in milk and sugar to taste, then garnish with lemon wheel, shave chocolate over lemon and serve.
- *To make Earl Grey tea, pour 4 oz (120 ml) boiling water over 1 Earl Grey tea bag and steep for 4 minutes. Remove tea bag and use hot.
