Blend a Spicy Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita
Margarita Recipe:

4-6 slices Jalapeño plus two for garnish

3.00oz (90ml) Espolon Blanco

1.00oz (30ml) Triple sec

4.00oz (120ml) Pineapple juice
-
1.00oz (30ml) Lime juice
-
0.50oz (15ml) Agave nectar

Tajin seasoning
-
Optional: pineapple for garnish
1. Roll two old-fashioned glasses in lime juice and dip into Tajin seasoning.
2. Muddle jalapeño slices in a shaker to taste (the more, the spicier). Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake for 10 seconds.
3. Pour into rocks glasses over fresh ice. Garnish with tajin-dusted pineapple wedge and jalapeño.
