Given the exclusive nature and high demand for these rare whiskies, BCLIQUOR will conduct an electronic draw for a chance to purchase from the distinguished Pappy Van Winkle collection.

Complete a form available on our website or by scanning the QR code displayed in BCLIQUOR stores. Both methods lead to the same form, accessible from July 8 to 21. Upon submission, you’ll receive a unique entry number to keep for reference.

You only need one device to enter the draw, as there's just one online form to fill out. Using additional devices or forms won’t increase your chances, as each email address is limited to a single entry.

The collection features five distinct Pappy Van Winkle whiskies, with a separate online draw for each one. Customers can enter as many draws as they wish for a chance to purchase multiple products but may only enter once per product. Each person is limited to one bottle per product.

Starting July 22, we will email all successful entrants. It may take up to two weeks for all bottles to be claimed, so you could be contacted anytime during this period.

If your entry is selected, BCLIQUOR will notify you via email. We recommend checking your inbox, spam, and junk folders starting July 22, 2024. Successful entrants must respond to this email by the specified deadline. Once confirmed, you will receive a final confirmation email, which you’ll need for pick up and payment. Please note, if you respond outside the given timeframe or fail to respond, we will proceed to the next entrant, and your purchase opportunity will be forfeited.

For pick-up at the 39th & Cambie or Langley stores, your product will be available from August 15 to 30, 2024. If you’ve chosen any store outside the Greater Vancouver area (Castlegar, Kamloops Columbia, Kelowna Orchard Park, Prince George Pine Centre, Fort Street, or Nanaimo Terminal Park), the store will contact you after August 19, 2024, to arrange a payment and pick-up date.

BCLIQUOR will only release products to the successful entrant. Two pieces of identification are required at pick-up, and staff will verify that the name matches the winning entry. Therefore, please ensure you are available to visit the store during the pickup window before submitting your entry.

Because these products are in high demand, we ensure that they are picked up only by the successful entrant. This policy helps maintain fairness in the distribution process.

Unclaimed products will not be available for purchase by other customers. Instead, they will be returned to Head Office for further management.
